(1) Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar.<\/p>\n
(2) Durch Absenden der Bestellung \u00fcber den Online-Shop gibt der K\u00e4ufer ein verbindliches Angebot zum Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages ab.<\/p>\n
(3) Der Verk\u00e4ufer best\u00e4tigt den Eingang der Bestellung per E-Mail. Diese Eingangsbest\u00e4tigung stellt noch keine Annahme des Angebots dar.<\/p>\n

(4) Bei Zahlung per Vorkasse ist der Rechnungsbetrag innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss auf das angegebene Konto des Verk\u00e4ufers zu \u00fcberweisen.<\/p>\n
(5) Bei Zahlung auf Rechnung ist der Rechnungsbetrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Abzug zur Zahlung f\u00e4llig.<\/p>\n
